Terms of Service
Last updated 15 August 2026
Pasal is a hosted tool for running a shop: a storefront, a catalog, an order board, and a set of counter tools. The short version, before the detail: your shop and everything in it stays yours, we are not a bank and we are not the seller, the Free plan really does stay free, we take no commission on your sales, and we do not delete what you made. These terms are the agreement between the company that runs Pasal and you, the person or business running a shop on it. They are written in plain language so you can actually read them. They are still a contract, and they bind both of us.
- 01
Who you are dealing with
Pasal is run by Retriever Labs Pvt. Ltd., a private limited company registered in Nepal on 13 August 2026, registration number 399717, at Bhaktapur Municipality-2, Bhaktapur. We trade as Retriever Labs. If you need our registration details for a contract or a complaint, email us and we will send them.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. "Pasal" means the service at pasal.studio and everything that runs on it, including your storefront, your dashboard, the counter, and the email Pasal sends for you. "You" means the person using Pasal. If you are opening a shop for a business, "you" means that business as well, and by agreeing you confirm you are allowed to agree on its behalf.
You agree to these terms by opening a shop on Pasal and by using it. One thing about that is worth saying rather than hiding, because it cuts both ways. Pasal does not yet show you this page and ask you to tick a box, and it does not yet record which version you agreed to. We are adding that to the publish form. Once it is there we will keep a record of the version you agreed to and the day you agreed to it, and you can ask us for that record at any time. Until then, this page is the agreement and the date at the top is when it last changed.
These terms are between us and you. Your customers are not a party to them. Nothing here changes what you owe your customers, and nothing here can take away rights the law gives them.
- 02
What Pasal is, and what it is not
Pasal puts your shop online. You add a catalog, share one link, and take orders and bookings from a live board. Pro adds the tools that sit behind a counter.
What Pasal is not matters just as much, so here it is plainly. Pasal is not:
- a bank, and we never hold your money or your customers' money;
- a payment processor that takes funds and passes them on, because money moves between you and your customer directly (see Taking payment);
- the seller of anything sold through a Pasal shop, because you are (see You are the seller);
- the organiser, promoter, venue or host of any event a shop sells tickets to (see Tickets and events);
- a lender, a debt collector or a credit reference agency, and storing your khata does not make it one (see The khata);
- your accountant, your tax adviser or your lawyer, and it is not accredited billing software (see Tax, PAN and VAT invoices);
- a courier, because we do not deliver anything and we do not arrange delivery;
- the employer of anyone you invite as staff (see Staff you invite);
- a marketplace, because there is no Pasal directory that shoppers browse and we do not put shops in front of each other's customers. Your customers reach you through your own link, your QR code, or your own domain.
- 03
Who can open a shop
To open a shop on Pasal you must be old enough to sign a contract in Nepal, and you must be running a business or about to start one. If you are naming a business that is not you personally, you must be allowed to act for it.
You must not open a shop if we have previously closed one of yours for breaking these terms, unless we agree in writing.
While Pasal is in early access, each account runs one shop.
- 04
Your account and your inbox
You sign in with your email address, using a one-time six-digit code we send you. You can set a password instead if you prefer, from the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. Either way, signing in is how we know it is you, and signing in and then using Pasal is how you agree to these terms.
Because of that, your inbox is your security. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you and see everything in your shop. Keep it secure, and tell us straight away at support@pasal.studio if you think someone else has got into your account.
Everything done under your account is treated as done by you.
- 05
Staff you invite
If you are on Pro, you decide who works in your shop's dashboard and which tabs they get. The Free plan has no staff accounts, so this clause applies to you only once you have them.
Understand what you are handing over. A staff account opens your customers' names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses and order history, and, where you grant it, your khata, your Repairs book and your counter. Only invite people you have authorised to see that, give each person only the tabs they need, and remove them on the day they stop working for you.
Pasal does not keep a record of which staff member looked at which customer. There is no per person read log. If you need that kind of trail, do not share one account and do not hand out access you cannot supervise. The staff PINs on the counter are there to keep staff honest with each other at the counter; they are not a security boundary and should not be treated as one.
When you invite someone, tell them that their name and email address are held in Pasal in order to run your shop.
What your staff do is done as your shop and is your responsibility, and the clause "If a claim comes because of your shop" applies to it.
- 06
Your shop and your content
Your catalog, your photos, your prices, your shop text and your customer records stay yours. Using Pasal does not give us any ownership of them.
You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate, lawful, and yours to use. That includes every photograph in your shop. A new shop opens with an empty shelf, so every picture on your shop is one you put there, and you must be able to show, on request, that you had the right to use it.
You give us a licence to host, store, copy, resize and display your content so that Pasal can do its job: showing your shop to your customers, showing it to you in your dashboard, putting it in the emails Pasal sends on your behalf, and letting search engines list and preview your own pages. That is the whole licence. It is not exclusive, it is free of charge, and it exists only to run your shop. We do not sell your content, we do not license it on to anyone else, and we do not use your content or your customers' details to train artificial intelligence models. The licence ends when you remove the content or your shop closes, except for any copies our providers hold in their own backups and for emails already sent, neither of which we can recall.
Separately from that, we may name your shop and show its mark on our own website and materials as an example of a shop built on Pasal. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will take it down.
- 07
Pasal itself, and the templates
Pasal, including its name, its design and its software, belongs to us. Using the service does not transfer any of that to you. You get a limited, personal right to use Pasal to run your shop for as long as this agreement lasts, and you may not resell it, sublicense it, or copy its software.
The storefront templates are ours to license to you. You may use them to run your own shop. You may not copy, resell or redistribute a template, or use one outside Pasal.
If someone claims that a Pasal template infringes their rights, tell us and we will handle it. We will deal with the claim, and if we cannot resolve it we will change or replace the template for you at no cost. If you have paid us for Pasal, we will also pay what a court orders, or what we agree to settle for, up to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This promise does not cover anything you added yourself: your photographs, your logo, your product text, or a template you have altered.
Where a design or typeface we use requires credit, we will show that credit.
- 08
Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of this agreement. Read it. It sets out in detail what may and may not be sold or posted through a Pasal shop, and what happens when a shop crosses the line. We may update that page on its own, without re-issuing these terms, and when we do the date on it changes. If a change matters to how you use Pasal we will tell you.
The short version: do not use Pasal to sell anything illegal, to defraud anyone, to post content you do not have the rights to, to send mail to people who did not give you their address, or to disrupt the platform or other shops.
We may remove content, suspend a shop, or close it, in the way "Suspending or closing a shop" describes.
- 09
Telling us about a problem
If something on a Pasal shop is yours and should not be there, or breaks the law, tell us. Email support@pasal.studio with the exact address of the page, what the material is, why you have the right to ask about it, and how to reach you.
We will reply within 5 working days and tell you what we have decided within 15 days. If we take something down, we will tell the shop what was removed and why, and they can reply. If they do, we will pass their reply back to you. A shop that repeatedly posts material it has no right to will be closed.
Complaints about Pasal itself go to the same address. They are handled by Rohan Bhaju, who founded Pasal, and we will reply within 5 working days and give you an answer within 15 days.
- 10
Support
Support goes to support@pasal.studio. We aim to reply within one working day, and shops on Pro are answered first. That is what we aim for rather than something we guarantee, and "The most we can owe you" sets the limit on what a missed reply can cost us.
- 11
You are the seller
When a customer orders from your shop, the sale is between you and that customer. You are the seller. The sale is in your name, not ours. Pasal records the order and passes you the details so you can fulfil it.
Fulfilment, delivery, stock, returns, refunds, exchanges, receipts, guarantees, and following consumer law are all yours. Nepali consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, gives your customers rights that you cannot sign away, such as short windows in which they may return goods. Those duties are yours as the seller. Pasal does not decide them and cannot meet them for you.
Your customers must be able to tell who they are buying from. Put your business name, your address, a phone number or email, and your PAN if you have one, on your shop's About page, and keep them current. Publish your own delivery and returns terms in Settings so your customers can read them. If you publish nothing, the law still applies to you. Pasal prints your legal name and PAN on the invoices your customers receive. If the law where you trade makes you display something, such as a licence, a price list or a registration number, putting it up is your job and not ours.
If a customer complains to us about an order, we will point them to you and pass on what we can. A dispute between you and your customer is between you and your customer.
- 12
Tax, PAN and VAT invoices
You are the taxpayer. Your own registration, your VAT and service rates, your filings and your records are yours to get right.
When you mark an order paid, Pasal gives it the next number in your shop's invoice series for the current Nepali fiscal year, and can email the invoice and a PDF to your customer.
That number and that document are yours. You are the issuer. Checking that the series is complete and correct before you file anything based on it is your job.
Pasal is a tool for producing these documents. It is not accredited by the Inland Revenue Department and it does not connect to any government billing system. We cannot promise that an invoice Pasal produces meets a particular tax rule, and we do not give tax advice. Keep your own records.
- 13
Taking payment
Pasal does not hold or move your money, and we take no commission on your sales on any plan.
For cash, a bank transfer, or a wallet payment made outside Pasal, the order simply records what is owed. You are the one who confirms the money arrived and marks the order paid.
If you take money by QR, your customer can type the transaction number and attach a screenshot of their banking or wallet app so you can match the payment. Pasal records both as your customer's claim and marks nothing paid. Only you can mark an order paid. That screenshot is your customer's bank details: use it to match the payment, and delete the order it belongs to when you no longer need it, because that is what removes the picture.
If you connect your own eSewa merchant account, the money goes to your account, never to ours. To start a payment and check afterwards whether it completed, we store your merchant secret. Nobody can read it back out through Pasal: not you, not your staff, not anyone else. Only the server that builds your payment request can use it. Your dashboard can tell you that a key is set and when it was last changed, and nothing more. Before you give it to us, check that your own agreement with eSewa allows it: that agreement is between you and eSewa, and we are not a party to it. You can remove the key from Settings at any time. Only eSewa's own answer marks an order paid.
If money needs to go back, or a payment goes through twice, or your customer disputes it, that is settled between you, your customer and the payment provider, under that provider's own rules. We hold no funds at any point and we cannot reverse a payment. If a payment provider is unavailable, orders still record and you can still take money the way you always did.
- 14
Tickets and events
When you sell tickets through Pasal, the event is yours and the sale is between you and the ticket holder. You are the organiser.
Pasal issues the ticket code, stores it, emails it, and checks it at your door. That is the whole of our part. We hold none of a ticket holder's money at any point and we cannot refund a ticket.
Before you put tickets on sale you must publish your own refund and cancellation terms for that event, and give a phone number or an email address your ticket holders can reach. Put both on your shop's About page and in the event's own description, so the person holding a ticket can see who they are dealing with. If an event is cancelled, moved, delayed or oversold, refunds and rearrangements are yours to make, and you are the person the ticket holder deals with. We are not responsible for admission decisions at your door, for a guest refused entry, or for a ticket code used by someone other than the person who bought it.
Treat a ticket code as private, and tell your guests to do the same. Anyone holding the code can look it up and see the name it was issued to and whether it has been admitted. A ticket forwarded in a group chat hands that away.
The door scanner needs a working device and a working network. Keep a list you can check by hand.
- 15
Bookings
When someone books an appointment, a table or a seat through your shop, the appointment is between you and them. Pasal records the request, tells you about it, and can email them about it. Accepting, declining, rescheduling, and turning up are yours.
A booking recorded in Pasal is not a promise we make on your behalf, and we are not responsible for one that is missed, double booked or declined.
Anyone can send your shop a booking request without an account, so check the details before you rely on them.
- 16
The khata
The khata is your book. When you write someone's name, phone number and balance into it, you are recording your own account of what they owe you, and you are the one answerable for whether it is right. Keep it accurate, keep it to people you actually trade with, and correct it when they tell you it is wrong.
The person named in a khata entry has no Pasal account and no way to see the entry themselves, so telling them is on you. When you first write somebody into the khata, tell them you keep one, tell them it runs on Pasal, and give them a way to ask you what is in it. If somebody named in your khata comes to us instead, we will pass it to you, you have 14 days to answer them, and you must tell us what you did. We may remove an entry ourselves if a complaint about it turns out to be well founded.
We store it for you and show it to nobody else. It is not published, it is not shared with any other shop, and it is never used to score anybody's credit. Pasal is not a credit reference agency and does not report your khata to anyone.
Only give khata access to staff you would trust with that book on paper. And keep the book a book: do not publish it, do not post a debtor's name, photograph or balance anywhere, on your shop or off it, and do not use it to shame or threaten anybody. Chasing what you are owed is your right. Humiliating somebody with a record you keep on our servers is not, and it ends the account.
- 17
Loyalty points
Loyalty points are a promise you make to your customers, not one we make. Pasal counts them and shows them. What they are worth, and whether they are honoured, is yours.
If your shop closes, or you leave Pasal, the points close with it. Telling your customers is your job. Ask us for an export of the points ledger before you go and we will give you one.
- 18
Email we send for you
Pasal sends email on your behalf: order confirmations, status updates, tickets, invoices, booking replies, and sign-in codes. It goes out from an address we own, carrying your shop's name, with replies coming back to you. That means the mail is sent by us, so if somebody complains about it, the complaint comes to us and not to you.
This mail is transactional. It is about an order, a booking, a ticket, an invoice or a sign-in that somebody started. Pasal is not a newsletter tool and must not be used as one.
You confirm that every address Pasal sends to on your behalf was given to you in order to buy from you or to book with you. Do not enter anybody else's address into an order, a booking or a ticket, and do not use Pasal to reach a list you bought, scraped or inherited. We may block a shop, an address or a network that abuses this, at once and without notice.
Sending capacity is shared by every shop on Pasal. We may reduce, pause or stop sending for your shop at any time, without notice, if your shop's mail is generating complaints, bounces or spam reports, or if a mail provider asks us to. We do this to keep every other shop's order confirmations arriving.
We do not promise that any message will arrive, or arrive at a particular time. We are not responsible for a loss that follows from mail that did not arrive: a sale you did not learn about, a ticket a guest did not receive, or an invoice that was late. Check your order board.
The daily summary email can be switched off in Settings. Order, ticket and invoice mail goes out because somebody bought something, so it is part of the sale rather than a newsletter. Even so, if a person tells us, or tells their mail provider, that they do not want mail from us, we stop sending to that address, we keep a list of addresses we will not send to, and we tell you if one of your customers is on it.
Using Pasal to send abusive, deceptive, or bulk unsolicited mail ends the account.
- 19
What the Free plan includes
The Free plan is free, and it stays free. There is no card, no trial clock on it, and no commission on your sales.
On Free you get your storefront on any template, your shop link and QR code, unlimited orders, the live order board, delivery fee and free delivery rules, and the WhatsApp contact button. If your shop sells only event tickets, ticket sales are a Pro tool, so on Free there is nothing for the board to show; ask us and we will open it so you can still see the sales you already made.
Free has limits, and they are worth knowing before you rely on it: your catalog holds up to 20 products, you get one owner account and no staff accounts, you cannot connect your own domain, your analytics covers the last 7 days rather than the year and leaves out the money and audience figures, the AI help assistant comes with the annual plan rather than with Free or monthly Pro (without it the dashboard answers from a built-in list of help articles instead), and the counter tools listed under Pro are switched off.
Nothing you have already made is removed when a plan ends. If you added 40 products on Pro and your plan lapses, all 40 stay, they stay on your shop, and you can still edit them. It is adding the forty-first that asks you about Pro.
- 20
What Pro adds
Pro adds the tools that sit behind a counter: the counter screen, the khata, tickets and the door scanner, bookings, loyalty, promo codes, the Ledger, and the kitchen TV. It also adds staff accounts, an unlimited catalog, your own domain, and analytics over a year rather than a week. The AI help assistant and the AI product writer come with the annual plan. The prices are on the pricing page.
- 21
The 30 days of Pro
Every new shop opens on Pro, free, for 30 days. Every counter tool is on.
We ask for no card to start it and there is nothing to cancel. When the 30 days end your shop moves to the Free plan on its own. We do not charge you at the end of it.
- 22
Nothing you started is held hostage
This is a promise we make, not a feature we sell.
When a plan ends, a gate in Pasal may refuse to let you start something new. It will never delete anything you have made, and everything you have ever recorded stays.
Being straight about where the product is today, because this is the clause it would be worst to overstate. Some counter tools are switched off with the plan, and the tabs that drive them come off the dashboard: the khata, the diary, ticket sales, the door scanner and the Ledger. So if you need one of them in order to finish something already begun, a debt to settle, an event already on sale, a booking already promised, email support@pasal.studio and we will open it for you. We would rather you did not have to ask, and we are working on it. Whatever happens to the tools, we will always give you back everything you recorded.
- 23
What you pay, and refunds
Today Pasal takes no money from shops at all, and buying Pro is switched off in the product. If that changes we will change this page before we switch it on, and you will still never be charged without agreeing first.
When we do start selling Pro it will be at the price published on the pricing page, one price for every shop, by the month or the year. Whatever tax applies at the time will be shown with the price before you agree to it, and we will not add a charge to a price you have already accepted. Shops that joined before we started charging keep 20% off Pro. We will write to you before charging starts to tell you whether your shop qualifies, and it then applies to the plans we are selling at the time, for as long as you hold a plan without a break.
There is no automatic renewal: a plan is bought as a single payment for the month or the year you chose, and it ends when that period ends unless you buy again. When we start charging, we will issue a receipt for every payment you make to us.
On refunds, the position is this. A plan is bought for a period. If you drop back to Free part way through a period, you keep Pro until that period ends and we do not refund the unused part. If we close your shop because you broke these terms, we keep the unused part only up to what your breach actually cost us, and we refund the rest. If we take away a Pro tool you were paying for and do not replace it, or Pasal is unusable for more than three days in a row for a reason that is ours, tell us and we will refund the part of the period you did not get the benefit of. We do not refund for shorter interruptions, and "The most we can owe you" sets the limit on anything else.
If we change the price, we will tell you before the change, and it will not affect a period you have already paid for.
- 24
Availability, backups, and what we do not promise
We work to keep Pasal fast and online. It is provided as it is today, with whatever faults it has, and we cannot promise it is always available. There will be occasional downtime for maintenance, for updates, and for reasons outside our control. We do not offer an uptime commitment.
Pasal is not a backup service. Keep your own copy of anything you could not run your shop without. You can download a month of orders at a time as a spreadsheet from the Billing tab, whenever you like, and "Suspending or closing a shop" covers getting everything else.
We do not promise that Pasal will suit a particular purpose, that it will be free of errors, or that it will produce a particular result for your business.
We do not promise that the figures, bills, invoices, reports or profit numbers Pasal produces are correct for your tax, accounting or legal purposes. They are tools to help you keep your records. Checking them is your job, and "Tax, PAN and VAT invoices" puts the tax rules on you.
We do not give tax, accounting, legal or financial advice. The help assistant in your dashboard is written by an artificial intelligence model and can be wrong. Check anything that costs money.
Apart from what we have promised on this page, we are not making any other promise about Pasal, as far as Nepali law allows. Nothing in this clause removes a right you have under Nepali law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
- 25
The most we can owe you
If we get something wrong and it costs you money, there is a limit on what we owe you.
Our total responsibility to you, added up across every claim you ever bring, is limited to whichever is larger: what you paid us for Pasal in the 12 months before the first thing you are claiming about, or NPR 10,000. That is one limit across everything, not a fresh limit for each claim, and it limits what we owe you rather than what you owe us under "If a claim comes because of your shop".
Most shops on Pasal pay us nothing, either on the Free plan or inside the 30 day trial. The NPR 10,000 floor is there so that a shop which has paid us nothing still has a real remedy rather than none at all.
Beyond that limit, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit or lost sales, for business you did not win, for data you did not keep your own copy of, or for any dispute between you and your customer, including refunds, deliveries, admission to your events, and money recorded in your khata.
This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by us, to our own fraud, or to anything that cannot be limited under Nepali law. The template promise in "Pasal itself, and the templates" sits outside this limit and carries its own, which is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this clause takes away the routes Nepali law gives you, including a complaint or a claim under the Consumer Protection Act.
- 26
If a claim comes because of your shop
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you sold, what you uploaded, what you wrote, who you asked us to email, or what anyone you gave access to your shop did, you cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal costs and anything we have to pay out.
In return: we will tell you promptly, we will not settle without asking you first, and you can take part in sorting it out. This does not cover the part of a claim that is caused by our own breach of these terms, and where both of us are at fault we each carry our own share.
- 27
Your customers' details, and what we do with them
The customer details in your shop are yours to answer for. We store them and use them to run the service, to do what you ask Pasal to do from your dashboard, and to run and keep Pasal itself working and safe in the ways our Privacy Policy sets out, including the shop level counts and figures described there. We do not use them for anything else.
We keep them confidential. We do not sell them, we do not use them to market anything to your customers, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
The companies that help us run Pasal are named in our Privacy Policy and listed in full at pasal.studio/subprocessors. If that list changes we will tell you before the change takes effect, and if you object you can close your account.
If we discover a breach affecting your customers' details, we will tell you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, with what we know at that point: what happened, what was affected, and what we are doing about it. If it reaches your customers, we will help you tell them, and our Privacy Policy sets out what we do if a shop cannot or will not.
Data sits on servers outside Nepal, with the providers named in our Privacy Policy.
In return, you confirm that the customer details you put into Pasal are ones you are allowed to hold and to contact, that you have told those people what you collect and why, and that you will deal with their questions about it. If you cannot, we may stop sending mail for you and we may close the shop.
You can ask us for a copy of everything in your shop at any time, before you leave or afterwards, and we will send it within 30 days of the request, in whatever plain format we can produce. Nothing is deleted until you ask us to delete it, and "Suspending or closing a shop" sets out how that works. If you need a signed data processing agreement for your own customers, email us and we will work one out with you.
- 28
Suspending or closing a shop
You can stop using Pasal at any time.
We can suspend or close a shop in two ways, and the difference matters.
If you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy in a way that can be put right, we will tell you what is wrong and give you 7 days to fix it before we close the shop.
If something is urgent, plainly illegal, or puts other people, other shops or the platform at risk, we can suspend at once and tell you why as soon as we can afterwards. Where we can, we will suspend the part that is the problem rather than the whole shop.
While a shop is suspended, orders already placed can still be read and finished wherever the law allows.
After a shop closes, we do not delete it automatically. Your data stays until you ask us to remove it. You can ask for a copy of everything in your shop at any time, and we will send it within 30 days of the request, in whatever plain format we can produce. When you ask us to delete, we delete, keeping only what tax rules require us to keep.
Some parts of this agreement keep working after your account ends: "Your shop and your content", "Pasal itself, and the templates", "Tax, PAN and VAT invoices", "Availability, backups, and what we do not promise", "The most we can owe you", "If a claim comes because of your shop", "Your customers' details, and what we do with them", "Notices, and the rest of the small print", and "Where Pasal is offered, the law, and sorting out a disagreement". So does anything else that by its nature is meant to.
- 29
Changes to Pasal and to these terms
We improve Pasal continually. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn, and that is especially true while Pasal is in early access. If we are going to withdraw something you rely on, we will tell you before we do it, and if you paid for it, "What you pay, and refunds" covers the refund.
If we change these terms, the date at the top of this page changes. If a change matters to how you use Pasal, we will tell you in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect.
Continuing to use Pasal after a change means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using Pasal and ask us to close your shop.
- 30
Things outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for failing to do something because of an event outside our reasonable control that we could not have worked around: a strike, a natural event, government action, a network or power failure, or a service Pasal is built on going down or withdrawing without warning. This does not cover a provider stopping work for us because of something we did.
While such an event lasts, our obligations pause. We will tell you what we know and get back to normal as soon as we can. If it lasts more than 30 days, either of us can end this agreement.
- 31
Notices, and the rest of the small print
Notices from us go to your account email address. Keep that address current and readable, and tell us if it changes. Where a notice starts a period you have to act in, such as the 7 days in "Suspending or closing a shop", that period runs from the day after we send it, and if you tell us the message did not reach you we will send it again and start the period afresh. Notices from you come to support@pasal.studio.
If a court strikes out part of these terms, the rest of them still stands.
If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given it up.
You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without asking us first. We may transfer it if our business is reorganised or sold, and we will tell you when we do.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are the whole agreement between us. Where the pricing page, the help centre, an email from us, or anything else we have written disagrees with these terms, these terms are the ones that apply.
Nothing here makes us partners, or makes either of us the other's agent or employer.
These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation and the two disagree, the English version is the one that applies.
- 32
Where Pasal is offered, the law, and sorting out a disagreement
Pasal is offered to businesses in Nepal, priced in Nepali rupees, and paid for by local methods. We do not offer or market Pasal outside Nepal, including in the European Union. If you use Pasal from outside Nepal, that is your choice, and following your own local law is your responsibility.
These terms follow the laws of Nepal.
